Booking and Payment InformationPeaceful Minds uses a booking system called Vcita. Bookings are made easy by agreeing a time with Peaceful Minds and receiving a booking confirmation, and an invoice via email. The invoice has a payment button that will take you to a payment page. Vcita is linked to a merchant service called Stripe that is regulated by the financial ombudsman and is a global company. You then enter payment card details. These details are stored in strict adherence according to GDPR.

Billing and Payment TermsThe customer will be invoiced prior to their therapy appointment and must pay two days before in order to secure their booking. We can take payment immediately or otherwise for all completed appointments where a payment card has been authorized according to these terms. A completed appointment is where (i) the client attends the appointment in person for any amount of time (ii) the client attends the appointment virtually online for any amount of time (iii) the client fails to cancel with less than twenty-four hours’ notice of the appointment time for either (i) or (ii).Peaceful Minds reserves the right to cancel appointments and is not responsible for any costs incurred by the client due to cancellation. If payment has been made and Peaceful Minds cancels the appointment a full refund will be issued back to the original payment card used.
