Panic attacks can be intensely scary for the person experiencing one. In some cases the panic can be so bad that they feel completely paralysed by the fear. The symptoms include: shortness of breath, chest pain, a racing heart, shaking, choking and feelings of dread.
Clearly the symptoms of panic attacks are scary in themselves; however, what makes it worse is the mind and body connection, which turns episodes of panic into regular, reoccurring events.
How we can help:
- Change behaviour patterns that induce panic attacks
- Gain control over thoughts that lead to attacks
- Deal with panic attacks on a subconscious level where the problem is stemming from
- Live a life without being controlled by fear
