Anger and frustration can be complex issues and be deeply rooted in the past. However, as with all emotional issues and CBT its not necessary to go digging around in the past.
Anger’s source can usually be found in rigid beliefs about rule breaking, being obstructed or prevented from doing something, being frustrated or very common sensitive or low self-esteem individuals is perceived insult or disrespect. I help people feel annoyed as opposed to enraged when in anger provoking situations by changing how they are looking at the situation.
